Self Care

What are you doing for self care? If your answer is nothing…then this is for you. Everyday, time and time again, many people wake up from their sleeping positions, place their feet on the floor, and off to the races. Not once, did that person take the time to do a little stretching to open up the vertebrates nor just take a deep breath,to allow the lungs to be filled. One of the most important stretching of the day,is in the morning. Take a few minutes, just to bend over as far as possible and try to touch your toes. Try to feel each vertebra release and then come back up slowly. Inhale and exhale a few times and notice the difference. Try to make this a routine and let your body elevate.
